There are many easy recipes for cooking fish that are great for those days when you just do not have the time to cook. Even though they have to bake in the oven, the preparation is quick and easy.

Fish Casserole

Ingredients:

* 1Lb. of raw fish
* 1 Can cream of mushroom soup
* ½ Cup milk
* 1 Cup cooked peas (canned peas are good)

1. Steam fish in a little water.
2. Drain after cooked.
3. Mix the rest of the ingredients and pour it over the fish in an oven proof dish.
4. Bake the fish at 375 Degrees Fahrenheit for about 25 minutes.
