Everyone knows that fish is good for you. The fats in fish, especially fatty fish like salmon, tuna, and mackerel, are thought to help prevent heart disease, and can even aid in preventing diseases like Alzheimer's and strokes.
If you want to stop fish from sticking to the pan and therefore breaking up when trying to remove it, a good tip is to place the fish on a bed of celery, onions, or both. This will also give the fish extra flavor.

There are many easy recipes for cooking fish that are great for those days when you just do not have the time to cook. Even though they have to bake in the oven, the preparation is quick and easy.
These are from my own personal recipes. I hope you enjoy them.

Fish Casserole
Ingredients:
* 1Lb. of raw fish * 1 Can cream of mushroom soup * ½ Cup milk * 1 Cup cooked peas (canned peas are good)
1. Steam fish in a little water. 2. Drain after cooked. 3. Mix the rest of the ingredients and pour it over the fish in an oven proof dish. 4. Bake the fish at 375 Degrees Fahrenheit for about 25 minutes.
Here are some cooking and buying tips to get you started:
* Cook it as soon as possible to minimize the loss of juices. * It is better to undercook the fish a bit than overcooking it. * Never use water from close proximity marinas, municipal or industrial discharges, always use potable water.
