Ingredients.
Trout Butter Plate of flour Salt and pepper
Rinse the fish under cold water. Cut a few diagonal cuts in the side of the fish. Roll fish in flour seasoned with salt and pepper.
Heat butter in a frying pan, fry fish for about 4 minutes on each side until golden.
Serve with a slice of lemon.
