Fish Kabob Recipes - It's The Info You Want
A bamboo steamer is a great investment if you like to steam fish. To steam fish, place water or stock in a large saucepan and add seasoning ingredients. Bring it to a simmer, place the fish in the steamer and place over the simmering water. Do not let the liquid boil, this will cook the fish too quickly and it could overcook in seconds.
Because fish contains natural oils, it is not compulsory to add oil or fat before baking. To ensure the fish stays moist, you might like to brush a little oil or butter on top of it before cooking or top the fish with seasoned breadcrumbs or thinly sliced vegetables. There are many fish recipes, which make use of vegetables or breadcrumbs to add flavor and texture.
